Scottsdale, AZ (July 2, 2015)—The Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center announced the date of Casino Night 2015 as Oct. Goa casino news. 17. The event is one of The J's biggest fundraisers and is held annually.

This year's event is Western-themed and takes place under the stars on the soccer fields of the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus.
The evening features casino-style fun including a poker tournament, black jack and roulette. An exciting live auction and raffle drawings add to the excitement.
Laurie Kline and Scott Weiss, as well as their spouses David Kline and Andi Weiss, co-chair the event in recognition of their brother, Gary Weiss who will receive the Irv Shuman Award for his dedication to the work of The J and commitment to the Valley's Jewish community.
- We welcome you to the Merage JCC's Casino de Chocolat. This event will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Merage JCC in Irvine. Each vendor will receive one or two 6-foot tables with tablecloths, a designated space in the venue and an event sign with vendor name. Vendors need to be set-up by 6:30 p.m. The event will be held from 7-11.
- Vegas Night at the Merage Casino is the JCC's all new 'fun'raising event. A social evening including a Vegas style dinner and dessert (dairy & pareve), dueling DJ's. Casino gaming tables, signature cocktails, silet auction and a wine opportunity drawing.
- Win big at the JCC's casino night. Test your luck at blackjack, roulette, poker, and mah jongg (new this year). Come for the great company and delicious food and drink.
'When we learned that my brother got this award, we thought it would be fun to chair the event—to show our support of him and the place he is so passionate about,' said Scott Weiss. 'We're very proud of him and have always admired his dedication to The J.'
